The WonderFuel Company strive to ensure a smooth and successful delivery is made with each and every purchase. For this to happen, we ask for a little help with from our customers also. If your delivery address has a limited access for larger vehicles, please contact us directly when you have placed your order. We can send a smaller sized vehicle to make the delivery. How Will My Delivery Be Made?
Your pallet is made up here in our warehouse, and shipped by a local pallet carrier. We will then call you to arrange an appropriate day for the delivery to be made. Your order will be delivered to you on a tail lift vehicle and dropped at kerbside for you. It is not the responsibility of the driver to handle any individual bags for you. The driver may also require a signature on delivery.
If your property is down a narrow country lane or has sharp bends, you must inform us, so the transport company will send the correct vehicle.
Can I Choose A Specific Time For The Delivery To Take Place?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order in a given time frame. However, you can ask the transport company to call you on your chosen delivery day, to provide you with an estimated time of arrival. Delivery will be made between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Can I Take Delivery At The Weekend?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a weekend.
Can I Take The Delivery Without Being Home?
Yes, we can have your order delivered to a safe place without a signature needed on arrival. Please inform us directly if you wish for this to occur.
How Long Will It Take For My Delivery To Arrive?
Usually, your order should arrive within 3-5 days of placing the order. If you have not received a phone call from the transport company after this time frame, contact us and we can chase up your order for you.
What If I Missed My Delivery?
If you miss your delivery, your goods will be transported back to a local depot. We will then call you to rearrange the delivery again. If we cannot contact you, the goods will be delivered back to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled. Additional charges may apply.
