Step One

You place an order with us via our online store or phone call. It is important you provide us with all the necessary information regarding delivery. A phone number is required for us to pass on to the delivery company so they can contact you when your order is being delivered. Failure to provide us with a phone number can delay the delivery process of your order.

Step Two

We prepare your order right here in our yard. Your order is pallatised and strapped tightly using bands and pallet wrap to ensure a safe and easy delivery process. ​

Step Three

The delivery of your order will be arranged. We will call you to arrange an appropriate delivery date and book your pallet in with our local pallet carrier. Once your pallet has been collected, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. It is important you inform us directly if you have a limited access for delivery. We can arrange an appropriate vehicle to make the delivery smoothly. Please click here to read the delivery page before placing an order.

Step Four
​Your order will arrive! The transport company will place your pallet at kerbside for you. The driver may place your order on your driveway for you, as long as the access is appropriate for the pallet truck. This will be the decision of the driver. It is not the responsibility of the driver to handle individual bags for you.
